Welcome to the first blog post on HisBoysCanSwim. This is going to be an interesting ride… that’s for sure.
It has taken us a little time to get this website up and running, so there will be many blog posts coming to get Jane and I all caught up to where we are right now.
That’s going to be a beck of a lot of typing… Oh boy….I can feel the pain in my fingers already!
Now before I dive into the first post, let’s get you aquatinted with HisBoysCanSwim.com.
First, allow me to introduce myself. I go by “Tarzan” around these parts. Now of course that isn’t my real name. I’m protecting my real name so that my friends and family never find this website. ;) And yes, I recently learned that my boys can swim!
Next, notice that each time Jane or I post to this blog, we added icons so that you’ll quickly be able to notice who posted what.
To learn about Jane and I and read our story, see our About page.
To join in on discussions, go to the pregnancy forum and message boards.
And finally, you are more than welcome to post comments on Jane’s or my blog posts.
Now that all that is out of the way, let’s dive in.
I’ve been slaving away all day on this website while Jane has been snoozing on the couch. Good news is that when she wakes up, I’ll be able to share the good news that this blog is finally 100% up and running.
However, the bad news is that she’s not going to be happy when I ask her to write about 20-30 blog posts as fast as she can to get all caught up to where we are today, which is about 10 weeks pregnant.
I’ll also be going 10,000 miles an hour posting on this blog. We both wrote down a lot of great things we want to share with you in our journals, so it’s just a matter of typing everything out. Once we’re caught up, we’ll stick to just one or two new blogs post daily.
So get ready… things are about to get interesting.
