Well, well, well, I’m almost at the end of being 7 weeks pregnant and morning sickness has hit. It looks like I spoke too soon and cursed myself. Damn.
I am reporting to you that I have experienced morning sickness (why in the world is it called that?) at the end of being 7 weeks pregnant and it’s awful. Really, it sucks. Although I guess you could say that I’m one of the “lucky” ones since I haven’t actually thrown up, I would have to disagree with you. In fact, half of the time I’m nauseous, I’m actually praying that I will throw up because I honestly think I’ll feel better after that. Thank God that Tarzan isn’t one of those lame husbands. He has been taking care of me pretty darn good, but you know, flowers would be nice at times too. I’m just sayin’.
Advice for all you pregnant ones out there: If you get any information (emails, magazines, advice from friends), make sure to pass it on to your husband/boyfriend/live-in lover. After all, they can’t read your mind and know what you want (how nice would that be?). Plus, they’ll have absolutely no reason to not be at your side with donuts in the middle of the night when donuts are calling your name.
