When you are physically fit and active, you will observe an increase in your energy levels and as a result, you will become more energetic. This will not only help you to complete your routine tasks at a faster pace, but will also enable you to handle the stresses easily that arise each day.

You mothers are really hard on yourselves. Bless you all! Not easy to grow a life. I am an expert on back pain and pregnancy. Wrote a book called, "The Other Side of Pregnancy". In my book I thank mothers and tell them slow and steady will bring you back after the baby is born. Forget all the movie stars and them dropping thirty pounds in one day. They are paid to look good. I don' t want mothers hurting themselves, as for us husbands we are proud of you! So don't be hard on yourselves.

Leigh from 123, it's not the fertility drugs. It's pregnancy lol My body is the EXACT same way. I am below my pre-pregnancy weight but none of my pre-preg jeans fit me. It's quite bizarre!!

Jane, kudos to you!! I'm very proud of you and i'm jumping on the bandwagon! I have some major auditions coming up and need to trim down a bit more! I wish I were 5'6" lol it would seem easier for me lol

Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Wow - it was so funny reading this today - I have been going to the gym for the past week, doing that exact same workout - equipment, times & even the run times, although at the end of the week I was up to almost 2 minutes of running at a time. The only difference was I left out the bike, but since my monkey won't take a bottle I have to get in & out in an hour so he doesn't freak out. That makes me feel good about what I've been doing - I must be on the right track. I have decided that I can't weigh myself, I get a bit OCD & stop eating because I'm brilliant like that, and also because since I'm a very gifted nurser (as in supply) my weight can fluctuate by more than 5 lbs every morning. I lost alot of weight before I got pregnant & wasn't done, so I want to get back on track with that. I'm in some of my prepregnancy pants, but they are ones that were loose before, so it's not doing much for my self esteem. Guess it's a good thing that I kept them though - sigh... I have to find the balance in my mind of eating really healthy, and getting to the gym every school day (it's too hard on the weekends with this crew & church), but still knowing that I won't lose weight super fast like I could if I was not nursing & on a program like medifast (which is how I lost it before). The good news - since sears has most of the equipment on sale right now, we are going to buy a big elliptical for the house, for the days I can't get to the gym - yay!

Sounds good, it's inspiring. I've been getting exercise since week 6 but was feeling frustrated by all the effort with little results so now I'm relaxing until after the holidays...my husband says I've been gaining muscle so I shouldn't focus on the number on the scale, I think that's true actually and I fit into one pair of my pre-pregnancy jeans but I'm still wanting to lose about 18 lbs. Wouldn't it be cool if it just melted off as a reward for all the hard work of being a mommy?

I need accountability too.

I want to lose the rest of my baby weight, about 15 lbs.
I want to increase my flexibility through things like yoga...maybe with the baby.
I want to strengthen my core to help with back issues.
I want to drink more water.

How can we support each other?

Thankfully I only have 0.5 kg to go (1 pound) - I was very blessed that I only put on 10.9 kg with my twin pregnancy (24 pounds) BUT I do want to know this - how is it that everything shifts around? Even when I lose that pound my clothes still won't all fit me. Maybe it was the fertility drugs?
