sugar sweet baby wrap Months ago I had been eyeing the Sugar Sweet Baby Bamboo Baby Wrap, so you can imagine how thrilled I was when I was contacted to do a review for one of them. I was thrilled when the baby wrap arrived & I couldn’t wait to try it out with Monkey in it!

When I pulled the bamboo baby wrap out, I’ll admit it – I was a bit intimidated. I had never seen a baby wrap before, so the amount of fabric was a little scary to me…. Like how was I supposed to wrap that around my body & hold my baby?

Thankfully the baby wrap comes with very detailed directions (and you can always email any questions & receive a response quickly) & I practiced wrapping it around my body before putting Monkey in it.

The first time I did the wrap, it was very loose so I knew that I had to tie it tighter so that Monkey would be snug in it. The second time around worked & I couldn’t wait to put Monkey in it & go out for a walk in the neighborhood.

I put him in & wondered what he would think about it. He loved it & was happy during the whole walk. It was a match made in heaven! I was thrilled that he liked it so that I would be able to put him in it when walking or when I needed to get things done around the house with both hands.

The fabric is the most perfectly soft & silky bamboo fiber. It’s breathable so that you don’t have to worry about your child overheating while being in the wrap (and this was a big concern for me being in Houston). This wrap can be thrown in the washer & dryer & it’s the easiest thing to take care of. I never worry about Monkey falling out of the wrap; he’s so secure & content in it.

This baby wrap works whether you have a newborn (preemie too!) or a toddler… & isn’t that what we all want, something that our baby can use over & over & grow in to.

Another thing that I really like about these wraps are the variety of colors & patterns that you can choose from. If you want something that doesn’t stand out, try the blue metro circles wrap. Since skulls are all the hype lately, try the gray skulls on black bamboo wrap. Or if you just want something soft & sweet, the off white & pink wrap is perfect! No matter what style you are looking for, you will find the right wrap for you.

I love the Green Wallflower Brown Bamboo Baby Wrap. I don’t know if I am having a boy or girl yet, so I will stick with something neutral. I would love to have one of these for my baby due in May.
