@Helen: One of my favorite medicines for migraines in the past was Excedrin migraine. It really worked wonders and I did know that caffeine was in that medicine - That's what gave me the idea. Since I can't take Excedrin and Tylenol doesn't always do the job, I thought I'd try anything with caffeine in it. Having coffee in the morning seems to be working, so I'm going to continue to stick with it!

@Peta: I'm so sorry to hear that you have a bad headache. I definitely hope it gets better soon and that you can resume with your daily activities. Sleeping it off it a good thing to do too, so maybe you should do that. I hope you feel better soon!!

Interesting. Did you know that caffiene is often given as a treatment for headaches? (It's one of the ingredients in Exedrin for instance) I only drink one cup of coffee each day in the morning, but if I miss it, I do tend to get a mild headache by the afternoon. I tried going completely off coffee once and I had a constant headache for several days! Glad you found something simple (and tasty!) to help you feel better Jane:-)
